Six Hung Sprung (6HS) started in August 2001 after a few U of A band nerds kicked around the idea of breaking into the music scene with some stuff no one had heard in the area. After 2 years, 6HS had a solid following in the area and started to headline local NWA venues with our demo, "4 Songs Long". In 2004, 6HS recorded and released their first full length album, "Beautiful Noise" ( http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/sixhung ). With the success from this album, 6HS started touring regionally and opening for other popular bands. At the end of 2005, 6HS released a 15 song CD titled, "A Start of Something New" ( http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/sixhung2 ). Since 2005, 6HS has just released a live DVD, with extras, called "Find Nessie". 6HS has recently started playing regularly again and is very excited to get back into the scene.
